A full-day journey departing from Moshi takes you to the Materuni Waterfall. Learn about the Chagga people and their traditional coffee-making skills, then take a plunge in the waterfall pool.

Begin your day with a hotel pickup in Moshi, then proceed to the Materuni Waterfall. The waterfall, located in the Moshi area, is the highest waterfall on the Kilimanjaro slopes, reaching a height of more than 150 meters.

Take a soak in the pool at the waterfall's foot and admire the gorgeous jungle and countryside around you. Then, explore Materuni, the last village before entering Kilimanjaro National Park.

Learn about the Chagga people, recognized for producing Tanzania's greatest coffee. Participate in a traditional coffee-making exercise and discover how the Chagga people make coffee.
